Oxie IF currently plays in Division 4 Skåne Sydvästra which is the sixth tier of Swedish football.[3] They play their home matches at the Oxie IP in Oxie.[4]
The club was affiliated to Skånes Fotbollförbund[5] and has made 8 appearances to date in the Svenska Cupen.[6] On December 10, 2012 the club merged with BK Vången to form the new club SK Oxie.[7]
