Nomow Cultural Fund
The Nomow Cultural Fund is a Saudi funding program that aims to financially support individual talents in various cultural fields including writing, publishing, filmmaking and visual content.[1][2] Nomow, which means Growth in English, was launched by the Ministry of Culture In Aprile 2019.[2] The current CEO of Nomow is Bader Al-Zahrani who was appointed by the Ministry of Culture.[3]

Objectives
The main goal of the Nomow Cultural Fund is to help professionals to develop their creative works. Furthermore, it encourages promoting local content and supporting local talent. After a concerned study, it was found out that many Saudi artistic projects fail to be finalized due to the fact that they are not properly financed. According to this conclusion, the Saudi Ministry of Culture has made a decision to launch NOMOW that will be responsible of funding such projects.[4]
