Club career
Adopo made his professional debut with Torino in a 2–0 Serie A win over A.S. Roma on 5 January 2020.[1] Adopo is due to sign for English League one side Portsmouth FC on a loan deal for the rest of the season.

Born in France, Adopo is of Ivorian descent.[2]
