History

NAM was founded in 1992 by Roy Israel, its President and CEO, and is headquartered in Garden City, New York.[5][6] The company went public in 1996 and was a NASDAQ-listed company owned by public shareholders. In early 2005, it was privatized and remains so to this day.[7]
