NTT Limited is a global technology and services provider headquartered in London, United Kingdom, operating under the brand name NTT.[2] It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Japanese telecommunications company Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (日本電信電話株式会社) and serves as the headquarters for its global operations. The company employs more than 40,000 employees across 73 countries, and delivering services in over 200 countries.[3][4] It was known as de facto holding company of all companies that operated under NTT outside of Japan. The major operating companies of NTT in Japan, such as NTT East, NTT West, NTT Docomo, NTT Communications (Japan), NTT Data, NTT Comware, NTT TechnoCross, NTT Electronics, NTT Advanced Technology, NTT Urban Development, basic research and development laboratories in and outside of Japan, and NTT Venture Capital are not included in NTT Ltd. The company also doesn't include global operations (oversea subsidiaries) of NTT Docomo and NTT Data.

On 7 August 2018, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation announced the creation of NTT, Inc. (NTT株式会社), a Tokyo-based holding company focused on global business.[5] On 1 July 2019, NTT Ltd. was established as a subsidiary of NTT, Inc. to own NTT subsidiaries outside of Japan and oversee its global businesses and operations including Dimension Data, NTT Communications (excluding business in Japan) and NTT Security.[4] The CEO of NTT Ltd. is Jason Goodall, formerly the CEO of Dimension Data.[6] From 1 October 2019, other companies within the NTT Group have become parts of NTT Ltd.[2] This includes Arkadin, Digital Port Asia, DTSI, Emerio, Indonesia Nexcenter, Netmagic, NTT Cloud Infrastructure Services, NTT Com Managed Services, NTT Global Networks, Oakton, PCL, RagingWire, Secure24 and Training Partners.
