Moses Kirkconnell
Moses Ian Kirkconnell is a Caymanian politician and Deputy Premier of the Cayman Islands and current Minister of District Administration, Tourism, and Transport. He is the Member of the Parliament of the Cayman Islands for Cayman Brac West and Little Cayman for the People's Progressive Movement.[1][2]
