Moise Mugisha
Moise Mugisha (born 1 January 1997) is a Rwandan cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Skol Adrien Cycling Academy, as well as French amateur team La Roche-sur-Yon Vendée Cyclisme.[1]
