Mission Possible (film)

Mission Possible (Korean: 미션 파서블; RR: mi-syeon pa-seo-beul) is a 2021 upcoming South Korean action comedy film written and directed by Kim Hyung-joo. The film starring Lee Sun-bin, Kim Young-kwang follows the antics of secret agent Da-hee and an ex special agent, presently private detective Soo-han.[1] The film is slated to be released in South Korea on February 17, 2021.[2]

Synopsis

This action comedy is story of a rookie secret agent, who is on his first mission. Chinese secret agent Yoo Da-hee (Lee Sun-bin) on getting an intel about illegal smugling of firearms into Korea is assigned to investigate the case. Woo Soo-han (Kim Young-kwang), a private detective gets involved in the case but due to his inexperience and clumsiness, he fights over small issues with Da-hee. Things become complicated when their witnesses are murdered, as the two of them are now prime suspects.

The project was conceived in June 2019. Lee Sun-bin and Kim Young-kwang were cast in June 2019 to play secret agents in action comedy.[3][4]

Filming

The filming began on September 5, 2019 [5]and was wrapped up on December 4, 2019.[6]
