Career

Coming from the youth academy, Llodra’s first and only season with the senior team of Paris Saint-Germain was in 1973–74, when the club was under the direction of Just Fontaine and was playing in the Division 2.[1] He made his debut for PSG in a 1–0 league loss to Ajaccio on 15 September 1973, [4] and played his final game for the club on 19 May 1974, a 2–4 league win against Fontainebleau.[5]

Despite being a player who was good with both of his feet (according to Llodra himself), he saw limited playing time at PSG due to being benched by Jean Deloffre and Jean-Pierre Dogliani in the midfield.[1]

Personal life

Michel is the father of tennis player Michaël Llodra.[6]

Later in his life, Llodra had a wine portfolio. He became a widower in 2003, and went to live in the region of Toulouse, where he would split his time between Paris and the career of his son.[1]
