McLean Ridge

McLean Ridge (70°44′S 66°51′E) is a small, partly ice-covered ridge about 3 nautical miles (6 km) southeast of Mount Butterworth in the Aramis Range of the Prince Charles Mountains, Antarctica. It was plotted from Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions air photos taken in 1956 and 1960, and was named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for C.V. McLean, a senior diesel mechanic at Wilkes Station in 1963.[1]
