Lynsey Askew
Lynsey Riann Frances Askew (born 3 September 1986 in Bromley, London) is an English cricketer who has played for England in One-Day International matches and international Twenty20 cricket.[1]

At the age of 20, she scored fifty runs in an ODI against New Zealand in the 2006/07 quad series in India. Askew is also a bowler, taking 2/38 against India in the quad series.
In 1995, at the age of 9, Askew, together with some friends, started a ladies team at Hayes Cricket Club.[2] She attended Hayes School.[3][4]
Lynsey along with Isa Guha shares the world record partnership for the 9th wicket in Women's ODI history (73).[5][6]
Her partner is former Australian vice-captain Alex Blackwell.[7]
