Louisa James
Louisa James (born 1979) is an English journalist and newsreader employed by ITV Breakfast, on the Good Morning Britain and Lorraine programmes.

Education
James studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of the Arts London and English Literature at Durham University.
Career
James began her journalism career with the BBC in Leicester then moved to Birmingham to join ITV Central in 2005, where she worked as a reporter and presenter for the East Midlands region. She presented her final show for the East Midlands in February 2009, after which she was appointed main GMTV Central bulletins newscaster and still stands in as a main presenter when required on Central Tonight.
In January 2012, James moved to ITV Breakfast programme Daybreak as a full-time news correspondent, although occasionally she presented the main news bulletins and the Daybreak News Hour with Matt Barbet. Since April 2014, she has been a news correspondent for Daybreak's replacement programme Good Morning Britain. She is also occasionally a stand-in newsreader on the show.
Personal life
James had her first child in 2015.
