Louis Cuppens

Louis Wilhelmus Franciscus Cuppens (born c. 1943) was a Royal Canadian Air Force officer. He served as deputy commander of NORAD from 1995 to 1998.[1][2][3][4] He was raised in Saint John, New Brunswick.[5]
