The first episode features pictures from the set of M*A*S*H, including a picture of Wayne Rogers as Trapper and Alan Alda as Hawkeye, which would link the series to the continuity of M*A*S*H (TV Series). Both Hawkeye and Radar are referred to in the first scene. The character of Starch was also apparently in the 4077th with Trapper.
