Laxman Lal Karna

Laxman Lal Karna is a Nepali politician and a member of the House of Representatives of the federal parliament of Nepal.[1][2] He was elected under the first-past-the-post system from Parsa-4 constituency, representing Rastriya Janata Party Nepal.[1] He defeated his nearest rival Ramesh Rijal of Nepali Congress by acquiring 20,738 votes to Rijal's 14,702.[3]
