The Kitchener Spirit was a team in the Canadian Soccer League in 1990. In 1991, they were renamed the Kitchener Kickers. They played in Kitchener, Ontario.

The Canadian Soccer League was a semi-pro soccer league. In 1991 the Kitchener Spirit paid an average salary of $8,000/season to their players. After incurring major losses in their inaugural season, the team's payroll was shrunken from its 1990 $220,000 to about $125,000 for the newly named Kickers. The team folded after the 1991 season on a shoe-string budget.
