Khaira, Delhi

Khaira is an Ahir-dominated urban village inhabited by people belonging to the following gotras: Lamba and Affariya, located in the South-West District of Delhi in Najafgarh tehsil on Shaheed Rao Laxmi Chand Marg (the road well known as Main Khaira Road). Yadav/Ahir of this village are also known as Rao (surname).

The village is a part of Surheda Seventeen Village(Gaon) Panchayat.
