Kazuo Toda
Kazuo Toda (戸田 一雄, Toda Kazuo, born 1941) is a Japanese business executive, the former representative director and vice president of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (now, Panasonic) and educator.
Career
Kazuo Toda was born in Osaka in 1941.[1]
He graduated from Shiga University[2] and joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (now, Panasonic) in 1964.[3][4]
In 2003, he became the representative director and vice president of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.[1][3]
In 2007, he became the principal of Bunka Gakuin and outside director of Askul Corporation.[1][3][5]
He served as specially-appointed professor at Shiga University and Kyoto Institute of Technology.[1] In 2011, he was invited to teach at Shiga University again as a visiting professor.[3] In 2012, he became the chairman of the academic support association of "Ryōsuikai", alumni association of Shiga University.[3]
