Kat Burns
Kat Burns is a Canadian musician known as KASHKA[1] and previously as songwriter/vocalist of Forest City Lovers.[2] She is also an accomplished visual artist[3][4] and voice over actor.[5]

Burns led folk-pop band Forest City Lovers from 2006-2012, releasing three full-length albums and one vinyl single[6] with the band before their indefinite hiatus.[7] In 2010, she started KASHKA as a side project and has since taken it on full-time.[8] She has released two full-length albums and a number of singles under the KASHKA moniker.[9] Burns is also involved in community organisations Girls Rock Camp Toronto and SKETCH.[10]
