Kaliko Kauahi

Kaliko Kauahi is an American actress known for her role as Sandra in the NBC comedy series Superstore. Additionally, she played the recurring role of Principal Kwan in the Disney Channel series Raven's Home (2018-2019) and has appeared on television programs such as Parks and Recreation.[1][2]

Life and career

Kauahi was born and raised in Kaua'i, Hawai'i.[3] She attended Loyola Marymount University for college.[4]

She began pursuing her acting career in her late 20s. She began with roles in short films, and eventually acted in small parts on TV shows such as Modern Family , Parks and Recreation (2013), The Big Bang Theory (2014), and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2015).[3][1] In 2015, she was cast in the recurring role of Sandra on Superstore[5] and on May 22, 2019, NBC announced she has been upped to a series regular for season 5.[6]
