K M Asad
Khandaker Muhammad Asad (Bengali: খন্দকার মোহাম্মদ আসাদ; born 1983), known as K M Asad, is a Bangladeshi documentary photographer and photojournalist. He is a photojournalist at Zuma Press news agency and contributor photographer at Getty images.

Early life
Asad graduated with a degree in photography from Pathshala (The South Asian Media Academy) in 2008.[1]
Career
In 2007, when Cyclone Sidr hit Bangladesh, Asad went to remote places to capture the conditions of local people.[2] He also covered the 7.8 earthquake in Nepal in 2015.[3]
His work has been published by The Guardian,[4] Time, CNN, BBC, New Internationalist, The New York Times, Asia Time, The Telegraph,[5] Days Japan, Paris Match, National Geographic,[6] Discovery Channel magazine, Feature shot, The Wall Street Journal, Saudi Aramco world magazine, MSNBC and Smithsonian.[7]
