Justin Garcia is an American writer, director, producer, and animator. He is best known for his work on Kip's Tips, Scary Cotton, and Terrance.

Career
In 2008, Garcia began publishing videos to YouTube under the name Budgess Man Entertainment.
In the summer of 2014, Garcia worked as a production intern on Dreamworks Animation's VeggieTales reboot VeggieTales in the House.
After graduating from Regent University in 2014, Garcia worked as an assistant editor on Superbook until 2016.[1]
In 2016, Garcia officially registered Budgess Man Entertainment, LLC as an indie content creation company.
