Joshua Kulei
Joshua Kulei was the personal assistant to former Kenyan president Daniel Arap Moi when Daniel was the president of Kenya.
He has been involved in multiple corruption scandals in Kenya. Some of the dealings he's been involved in include:

He is known to be one of the richest people in Kenya, with a lot of the wealth coming from questionable sources.[8][9][10]

In 2009 he was permanently banned from travelling to the United States of America due to his involvement in large scale corruption.[12]
