Josaphat Louis Lebulu

Josaphat Louis Lebulu (born 13 June 1942 in Kisangara) is a Tanzanian clergyman and auxiliary bishop for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Salem, and later for Arusha. He became ordained in 1968. He was appointed bishop in 1979. He retired in 2017.[1]
