John Capaldi
John Capaldi (born 16 November 1959) is a Scottish former footballer who played for Aston Villa, Motherwell[1] and Pors Grenland, and also had a spell managing Bolehall Swifts. During his career, he played as a striker.

Playing career
Aston Villa
Capaldi played for Aston Villa reserves and youth team from 1975–1979, before being sold to Motherwell in 1979 for £15,000.
Personal life
John has a son, Tony, who plays for Rushall Olympic, and has previously played for Birmingham City, Hereford United, Plymouth Argyle, Cardiff City, Leeds United and Morecambe, and the Northern Ireland national team. Tony was born in Porsgrunn, Norway, whilst his father was serving as a player for Pors Grenland.
