Jimmy Lyske

James Herbert Alexander Lyske (7 October 1932 – 1974) was a Northern Irish footballer who played as a full back in the Irish Football League for Glenavon, in the English Football League for Darlington,[1] and for Southern League club Yeovil Town.[4] He was on the books of Sunderland without playing for them in the League.[1]

Lyske played four times for Ireland Schools in 1947[5][6] and represented Northern Ireland youth in 1951.[7]

Notes

  1. Lyske's death was registered in the fourth quarter of 1974, in the Yeovil registration district,[2] which covers the town of Yeovil, Somerset, and the surrounding area.[3]
