Jagapati
Jagapati is a 2005 Indian Telugu-language film produced by M. Ramalinga Raju, V. Satyanarayana Raju on Roja Enterprises banner and directed by Jonnalagadda Srinivasa Rao. Starring Jagapati Babu, Rakshita and music composed by M. M. Keeravani.[1][2][3]

Plot
MLA Goud (Pradeep Rawat) is a crooked and vicious person who rules his entire constitution with an iron fist. A journalist (Chandra Mohan) once writes against MLA Goud in his paper. Goud ruthlessly kills him to send a message to his detractors. Murari (Sai Kiran) son of the journalist wants to avenge his father's death. He makes a plan to kill Goud. Jagapati (Jagapati Babu), the Police Inspector of the area, is an orphan brought up by MLA Goud and serves as his loyal henchman. Jagapati protects the MLA from Murari's attempt and kills him on the public road.
Lavanya (Rakshita) a newly appointed railway clerk comes to town. Jagapati happens to meet Lavanya and they slowly fall in love. Later Jagapati is shocked to learn that Lavanya is none other than the widow of Murari and she planned the entire thing to avenge her husband's death. The rest of the story is about how Lavanya gets Jagapati to reform his ways and go against his master.
