Hong Kong Productivity Council
Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is a multi-disciplinary organisation which is tasked with promoting and assisting the Hong Kong business sector through the introduction of more efficient and updated business and technological methods. The HKPC was established in 1967 by the "Hong Kong Productivity Council Ordinance".

The HKPC and its subsidiaries provide a consultancy and technological development services in manufacturing technology, information technology, environmental technology and management systems to more than 3,000 companies annually.
Activity in China
The HKPC has established consulting subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Dongguan to serve Hong Kong–owned SMEs in China.
Governance
The HKPC is governed by a 23-member Council with representatives from managerial, labour, academic, professional, and government departments concerned with productivity issues.
Mobile Apps Industry Survey
The HKPC conducts Mobile Apps Industry Survey by commissioning Wireless Technology Industry Association(WTIA) of Hong Kong, as part of the annual Asia Smart App Awards in collaboration with other co-organizers from the mainland China, Israel, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Myanmar.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
