Herman Hofer Hegner
Herman Hofer Hegner[1] (September 12, 1902 – February 1973) was an educator in Chicago, Illinois, during the early 20th century. He is known as the joint President of the Pestalozzi Froebel Teachers College and Columbia College of Expression in Chicago.
