Hartalu Halappa
Hartalu Halappa is an Indian politician and member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Halappa was a member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly from the Sorab constituency in Shimoga district.[1][2][3] He was Minister of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister in B. S. Yeddyurappa's ministry before he quit after wife of his friends had lodged a rape complaint against him.[4]
