HPGS has a student body of 10,000 students, supported by 700 employees and operating 21 campuses in Karachi. Happy Palace Group of Schools run Play Group, Kindergarten, Montessori, Primary, Matric System, Intermediate College (College for Advanced Studies), ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels.

History

The first branch of HPGS opened in FB Area, a central location in Karachi. Since then, the school has diversified into areas such as Gulshan-e-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, and Alnoor.[5]

Curriculum

The school offers pre-school, primary education, secondary education and preparation for both local SSC (Matriculation) and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).[6] Students have the option to take international GCE O Level and A Level Examinations organized by CIE of UCLES, or SSC (Matric) from local board.

Subjects taught at HPGS include physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, computer Studies, Pakistan studies, Urdu, Islamic studies, English literature, economics, accounting, business studies, banking and finance, statistics, business math, commercial geography, environmental studies, sociology, English language, art & design, additional mathematics and economics.

Athletics

HPGS provide both indoor and outdoor sporting activities. Sports at HPGS include cricket, football, table tennis, throw ball an badminton. Every year, Sport Day is organized by the school, held at the National Coaching Centre.

Hpgsonians Society

The HPGS Alumni Office helps students stay in touch with the school, college and other Hpgsonians, wherever they are in the world.
