Halbi bin Mohammad Yussof
Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof (Malay: Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof;[2][1][3] born 22 June 1956)[1] is a Bruneian high-ranking official in the Government of Brunei. A member of the Legislative Council of Brunei, he is the incumbent Second Minister of Defence since January 2018.[4]
