Guadeloupe's 4th constituency
The 4th constituency of Guadeloupe is a French legislative Constituency in the Overseas department of Guadeloupe. It is currently represented by Hélène Vainqueur-Christophe of the Socialist Party. Guadeloupe is composed of four Constituencies.

Description
The 4th constituency of Guadeloupe was established by law n°86-1197 of 24 November 1986[1]
It includes the following Cantons:Basse-Terre 1st, Basse-Terre II, Bouillante, Gourbeyre, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Claude, Saint-Martin, Les Saintes, Trois-Rivières, Vieux-Habitants.
Referring to 1999 census, realized by INSEE,[2] the population is estimated at 100,243 inhabitants[3]
