Governor of Gangwon Province
The Governor of Gangwon Province (Korean: 강원도지사; Hanja: 江原道知事) is the head of the local government of Gangwon Province who is elected to a four-year term.

From 1945 to 1995, the Governor of North Gyeongsang Province was appointed by the President of the Republic of Korea.
