Franz Seitz Jr.
Franz Seitz Jr. (22 October 1921 – 19 January 2006) was a German film producer, screenwriter and film director.[1] He produced 74 films between 1951 and 2006. He was a member of the jury at the 16th Berlin International Film Festival.[2]

His 1982 film Doctor Faustus was entered into the 13th Moscow International Film Festival where it won the Silver Prize.[3] In 1983 he was a member of the jury at the 33rd Berlin International Film Festival.[4] In 1991 his film Success was entered into the 41st Berlin International Film Festival.[5] In 1997 he won the Berlinale Camera award at the 47th Berlin International Film Festival.[6]
His father, Franz Seitz Sr. was also a film director.[1]
