Founders Circle is a growth capital firm specializing in providing liquidity to founders and long-term employees through the purchase of their vested employee stock options (sometimes referred to as employee liquidity or direct secondaries). The firm structures aligned-liquidity programs that balance the needs of the company, the investors and the sellers.

Founders Circle works by invitation only of management and their boards, who are building today's Top 1% highest performing venture capital-backed start-ups. It invests out of its $195M Fund I,[1] and $208M Fund II.[2]
Founders[3] of the firm consist of three Silicon Valley investors, entrepreneurs, and executives: Mike Jung, Ken Loveless, and Chris Albinson.[4]
