European Holocaust Research Infrastructure

European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) is a European Union project aiming at digitizing archives in order to advance research on the Holocaust. It is funded by the European Commission via the initiatives Seventh Framework Programme and Horizon 2020.[1] It was launched in November 2010.[2]

EHRI has been the subject of some scholarly publications in digital humanities and related fields.[3][4][5][6] EHRI and Yad Vashem cooperated in several educational[7] and archival[8] initiatives.

The EHRI's portal received an honorable mention at Prix Ars Electronica in 2018.[9]
