Ensign Stover Cottrell (August 29, 1888 – February 27, 1947) was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played from 1911 to 1915 with five different teams. He batted and threw left-handed.

Ensign attended Syracuse University.

He was born in Hoosick Falls, New York and died in Syracuse, New York.
