Career
After playing youth football in his hometown of Berlin, Turan joined Turkish Süper Lig club Ankaraspor in 2009. However, Turan never made a first team appearance for the club and returned to Germany in 2010, where he joined Eintracht Braunschweig in the 3. Liga. During his first season with the team, Braunschweig won promotion to the 2. Bundesliga. Turan's contract was not renewed after the 2012–2013 season.[3] He then joined Berliner AK 07 for the 2013–14 Regionalliga Nordost season.[4]
