Eliseo Mendoza Berrueto
Eliseo Francisco Mendoza Berrueto (born April 13, 1931 San Pedro de las Colonias, Coahuila) was a Mexican politician and economist. He served as the Governor of Coahuila from December 1, 1987, until November 30, 1993.
