Edward E. Willard
Edward Elsworth Willard (September 25, 1862 – January 11, 1929) was an American politician who served as Mayor of Chelsea, Massachusetts.[1][2][3]

Early life
Willard was born in Lancaster, Massachusetts,[1][3] on September 25, 1862,[1] to Edman[3] and Elizabeth E. Willard.[3]
Family life
Willard married Lissis Doan Nickerson[3] of Chatham, Massachusetts,[3] in that town in December 1895.[3]
