The 40 locos for East Pakistan were exported in three phases:

- July–September, 1954: 2010–2024
- March–April, 1956: 2025–2039
They were given the class/series #2000 by the Eastern Bengal Railway and numbered from 2000 to 2039. The present class-name is MEG-11. They were the very first diesel loco to ever come in the then East Pakistan, now Bangladesh. As of 2020 (after almost 70 years), six locos are still running in the service of Bangladesh Railway.
