David Erskine (rugby union)
David James Erskine, born 14 October 1969 in Waltham Forest, London,[1] is a former Irish international rugby union player. He played as a flanker and a lock for Sale Sharks in 1997–98,[2] and in 2012 former Sale lock Dave Baldwin named him at blindside flanker in his Sale "dream team".[3] He represented the Irish Exiles,[4] played once for the Ulster provincial team in the Heineken Cup in 1995,[5] and won three caps for Ireland, all in 1997.[6]
