Colombo Fashion Week
Colombo Fashion Week was conceived in 2003 by Ajai Vir Singh. CFW as its popularly known is probably one of 4 fashion weeks in Asia that is over ten years.

CFW showcases two seasons - Spring Summer (February–March) and Resort annually (September–October). Currently CFW also serves as a hub for South Asian fashion. Where designers from neighbouring countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and India regularly show.
Colombo Fashion Week Presented by CFW Holdings for its 12th year this 2015, HSBC CFW is one of three main fashion shows in Asia that have been running for over 10 years.
Awards
Every year CFW gives three important awards - Lifetime Achievement Award, Gen-Next award and the Face of CFW award to deserving individuals. CFW is an all year around initiative with ongoing projects.
2013
HSBC Colombo Fashion Week 2013 was a three days event held from 3–5 April in Colombo, sponsored by HSBC. Thirty one designers were there from all over the world.[1]
