College Student Personnel

College Student Personnel (CSP) is an academic study area offered at the master’s and above level at several universities. A degree in this field often leads to a career in Student Affairs or Enrollment Management. Bucknell University also has this as an undergraduate concentration and is the only university in the country to do so .
