During the King of the Hammers UTV Event, Polvoorde raced the #94 Honda Talon 1000R to a 17th place finish.[22] 130 competitors started the event and only 33 were able to finish the course.

2019

Polvoorde won his first professional racing championship in the Lucas Oil Midwest Short Course League (LOMSCL) by claiming the victory of each in the entire 2019 series to claim the Pro Lite Championship[6] as well as the Crandon Pro Lite World Cup Race.[5] The national series consists of seven events at historic Midwest venues such as Crandon International Off-Road Raceway, Bark River International Raceway, and ERX Motor Park.

Polvoorde was invited to be a guest driver[24] to pilot the Continental Tire's #100 SST[25] in the Stadium Super Trucks Series as one of five drivers to take the wheel of the specially branded Continental Tire’s Truck and their flagship program: $100 prepaid Visa card promotion.[26] Christopher has been supported by General Tire which falls under Continental’s umbrella.
