Christine Marsh

Christine Marsh is an American politician from Arizona. She was elected to the state senate in 2020.[1] A Democrat, her district (28) includes Paradise Valley and parts of north central Phoenix.[2][3] She won with 60,339 votes (50.2%) against incumbent Kate Brophy McGee in a tight race.[4]

Marsh, a high school English teacher in Scottsdale, ran in 2018 and lost the election by 268 votes.[3] She taught for 27 years and was Arizona's 2016 Teacher of the Year.[5][6]

Marsh graduated from the College of Education at Grand Canyon University.[6]
