Celia Isabel Gauna Ruiz

Celia Isabel Gauna Ruiz (born 19 November 1964) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRI. She currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Jalisco.[1]
