Caroline Codsi

Caroline Codsi is the President and founder of the non-profit organization Women in Governance created in 2010 to help women access decision-making roles.[1] She is also a board member of Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and Alexa Translations, and a speaker at the TEDxMontrealWomen.[2][3]

Education

She was born in Beirut, and at the age of 17 she moved to Paris, where she received the high school diploma from Lycée et collège Victor-Duruy in 1986.[4] Then she studied at the University of Paris, where she graduated from the subject Foreign Languages and Civilizations in 1990. From 1991 she continued at the first Canadian established school of management HEC Montréal, where she graduated from Human Resources in 1994. During 2013–14 she studied the Directors Education Program for Governance and achieved the ICD.D designation (Doctor of Canon Law) at the McGill University.[5][6]

Women in Governance

Programs of the Women in Governance organization support gender parity in Canada via advocacy, educational events, mentoring, etc. In cooperation with the McKinsey & Company they developed the Parity Certification which is available in Canada and United States.[7] [8]
