Carlos Francisco Jovel Navas (Born January 6, 1982 in Usulután, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran professional football player.

He is the son of former World Cup player José Francisco Jovel.
Club career
Jovel came through the reserves at hometown club Luis Ángel Firpo, but made his senior debut with Atlético Chaparratique in the Second division in 2001. He then had a spell at Dragón before joining premier division side Vista Hermosa in 2005.[1] He returned to Firpo in 2010, and signed for Águila in January 2014.
Jovel moved on to Isidro Metapán[2] before signing with Audaz in 2017.[3] He then returned to Firpo.[2]
